Born in Honduras and based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, she has spent twenty-five years turning ambiguity into structured execution — first as the Personnel Chief responsible for over six hundred employees across four distribution centers in Central America, then through a remarkable seventeen-year ascent within the U.S. insurance industry.
What sets her apart is the rare combination of three usually-separate worlds: deep Property & Casualty and Workers' Compensation expertise, IT delivery leadership across Agile and DevOps, and a foundation in human resources and workforce planning. She brings Lean Six Sigma rigor, certified Scrum mastery, and data analytics capability — and she does it bilingually, which is increasingly rare and increasingly essential.

Led a data engineering team driving multiple concurrent initiatives. Aligned delivery timelines with strategic business objectives, optimized reporting and pipelines through advanced analytics, and acted as Temporary Scrum Master across the Financial RW and Duck Creek Enablement teams.
Owned Workfront for IT Claims — configuration, reporting, and vendor coordination. Facilitated Agile Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and supported the Katalon test automation rollout.
Scrum Master for Finance and DevOps. Led QA and UAT efforts for enterprise initiatives including Medicare-related projects, while project-managing medium-sized engagements end-to-end.
Supervised QA and Business Analysis associates. Developed QA metrics and standardized requirements practices, lifting consistency and traceability across IT delivery.
Subject Matter Expert for Workers' Compensation systems. Led requirements gathering, system testing, and regression testing in close collaboration with developers.
Managed Workers' Compensation claims with $10,000 settlement authority. Oversaw Medicare Secondary Payer indexing and EDI processes across multiple states. Primary Spanish translator for Claims, Legal, and Property & Casualty.
Supported dental and medical benefit coordination for U.S. members. Maintained performance metrics and contributed to process-improvement initiatives during her transition from corporate HR leadership in Honduras into the U.S. insurance market.
Led end-to-end HR operations for 600+ employees across four distribution centers — recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, labor relations, and compliance.
